Belgium's first startup
graduate program
Selective program linking talented graduates
(0-3 years experience) to top Belgian startups
OUR STORY
Our program aims to disrupt the default career path for young graduates with a technical background by offering them access to a vibrant startup environment where innovation, purpose, and out-of-the-box thinking are the norm.
In today’s competitive talent landscape, startups often face challenges in attracting and retaining top talent. By connecting startups with selected young potentials, we aim to give these innovative companies the visibility and access to talent they need to grow and succeed.
Attracting talent
According to a Deloitte survey, talent acquisition is the second largest challenge faced by startups in Belgium.
Lack of visibility
Limited visibility of available opportunities in the startup industry is a major obstacle for young graduates, as revealed by our survey of KUL alumni.
Challenge
Our survey revealed that over 73% of respondents feel that they are not utilizing their full potential in their current job.
survey testimonials
KUL alumni, faculty of engineering
software engineer
"I want to join a company that offers opportunities for growth and development, where challenges are a central part of the work and there is a clear purpose. Salary is not the most important factor for me at this point in my career as I am just beginning and want to explore and learn as much as possible."
KUL alumni, faculty of engineering
project manager
"I want to have a job where I can utilize my technical background to come up with innovative solutions and think outside of the box. Starting my career in a smaller company with a dynamic team provides me with opportunities to explore various avenues and contribute to the team. While my salary expectations are around the market standard, it doesn't really matter to me if it is a few hundred euros less or more."
